'LAURUS' is a genus of evergreen trees belonging to the Laurel family.

LAURUS, the school of excellence is being launched by an educational psychologist, BEST- TEACHER AWARDEE, RADIO LESSIONS TRAINER, MR. P. GOPALA KRISHNA who had put in 26 years of experience in teaching. Along with his brother MR. P. VENKATA RAMANA he started OXFORD HIGH SCHOOL at Hanamkonda, Warangal and for the last 10 years, the results of class X have been outstanding with 100% pass percentage.

Inspired by the success, these two educationists have meticulously planned, researched the methodology for LAURUS the school of excellence, which strives to develop the students to metamorphose into global citizens.
